Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days. You will be notified of any significant delays.

We currently ship within the United States. If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Jackie’s Majestic Trinkets & Garments is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will assist you with documentation if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
